    Monsterpocalypse Miniatures Game

    In Monsterpocalypse Miniatures Game, two or more giant kaiju monsters brawl, blast, and body-slam each other in a dense destructible urban environment. Alongside these towering monsters, lesser minions such as powerful tanks, fighter jets, flying saucers, fearsome dinosaurs, and demonic fiends fight to capture important locations and help power their monster to victory. Monsterpocalypse Miniatures Game represents an updated and streamlined second edition of the original Monsterpocalypse collectible game from 2008. Players can choose two different agendas when building their armies: the noble Protectors, who want to save the world and the creatures that inhabit it from destruction, or the evil Destroyers, who seek to enslave and destroy the Earth for their own diabolical purposes. Both agendas feature three different factions, each with its own unique monsters and units. Players can mix and match any models from the factions within their agenda when building their army. The game debuts with two different one-player starter sets, one for each of the two agendas. These starter sets will be expanded by monster, unit, and building packs that contain new models for players to use in their games.
  2. Soms loop je ergens tegen aan op social media waarvan je denk hoe heb ik dit kunnen missen? Monsterpocalypse Miniatures Game is een voorbeeld hiervan. Monsters en Mechs vechten in een stad met 3D gebouwen... hoe tof is dit thema?! In dit spel kies je een zijde zogenaamde Agenda: Protectors of Destroyers Binnen een Agenda zijn verschillende facties die je kunt kiezen en deze zijn te combineren. Omdat het een miniatures game is moet je startersets kopen en gaat het niet echt om een bordspel. Momenteel zijn de GUARD en de Planet Eaters starterkits beschikbaar. Alleen kan ik ze momenteel nergens vinden in Nederland om te kopen helaas. Je krijgt bij een starterset miniaturen die je nog moet schilderen en in elkaar zetten en een speelmat (helaas papier) van de stad. Ook komen er kartonnen flatgebouwen bij de starterkit. Daarnaast is het spel uit te breiden met andere kits waaronder plastic gebouwen met speciale speel elementen. Dan komt het spel er helemaal tof uit te zien! Het spel zelf is eigenlijk meer een bordspel dan een miniatures game. Je beweegt met je miniaturen over een grid heen en er zit een dicepool element in. In je beurt is het mogelijk om of je Monster (grote miniature) of je Units te activeren (kleine miniaturen). Diegene die als laatst nog staat met zijn of haar Monster heeft gewonnen. Een Skirmish game met een eenvoudig spel mechanisme met zogenaamde dicepools. Het zelfs zo eenvoudig dat het ook leuk gevonden wordt door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar. Zelf ben ik wel gecharmeerd van het thema maar ook de gameplay lijkt me leuk. Ben je benieuwd hoe het speelt? Er is een volledige tutorial gemaakt door de uitgever, erg netjes!   3. Vandaag is het nieuwe set van KeyForge aangekondigd! Dit set is een zogenaamde companion van het vorige set of wel een standalone expansion. De decks van het vorige set zijn compatible met dit set. In Age of Ascension zitten 204 nieuwe kaarten die samen met het vorige set: Call of the Archons (166 kaarten) een compleet set van 370 verschillende kaarten maakt! Informatie van de Fantasy Flight Games website: Er zitten ook dezelfde kaarten in maar met een ander nummer zoals je hierboven kunt zien. De regels en artwork zijn wel hetzelfde.     Cosmic Encounter

    Build a galactic empire... In the depths of space, the alien races of the Cosmos vie with each other for control of the universe. Alliances form and shift from moment to moment, while cataclysmic battles send starships screaming into the warp. Players choose from dozens of alien races, each with its own unique power to further its efforts to build an empire that spans the galaxy. Many classic aliens from earlier editions of this beloved game return, such as the Oracle, the Loser, and the Clone. Newly discovered aliens also join the fray, including Remora, Mite, and Tick-Tock. This classic game of alien politics returns from the warp once more. In Cosmic Encounter, each player is the leader of an alien race. On a player's turn, he or she becomes the offense. The offense encounters another player on a planet by moving a group of his or her ships through the hyperspace gate to that planet. The offense draws from the destiny deck which contains colors, wilds and specials. He or she then takes the hyperspace gate and points at one planet in the system indicated by the drawn destiny card. The offense vs. the defenses ships are in the encounter and both sides are able to invite allies, play an encounter card as well as special cards to try and tip the encounter in their favor. The object of the game is to establish colonies in other players' planetary systems. Players take turns trying to establish colonies. The winner(s) are the first player(s) to have five colonies on any planets outside his or her home system. A player does not need to have colonies in all of the systems, just colonies on five planets outside his or her home system. These colonies may all be in one system or scattered over multiple systems. The players must use force, cunning, and diplomacy to ensure their victory.

    SeaFall is a 4X-inspired game (without player elimination/extermination) set in an "age of sail" world reminiscent of our world. In SeaFall, the world is starting to claw its way out of a dark age and has begun to rediscover seafaring technology. Players take on the role of a mainland empire that consults with a consortium of advisors to discover new islands, explore those islands, develop trade, send out raiding parties, take part in ship-to-ship combat, and more. As in Risk Legacy and Pandemic Legacy, co-designed by Rob Daviau, SeaFall evolves as the game is played, setting their grudges into the history of the game and building a different narrative at every table as players open up the world. Lobotomy introduces such features as: big (yes very big) modular board where each module is a different part of the hospital (including outside areas like garden or chapel) completely different characters, with their own stories and mental illness which define their skills and powers different monsters, mostly based upon the old pulp horror movies fight, explore, or learn about your past, but you don't have much time until the warden finds you, and you must be prepared to face him All characters and monsters have their own awesome miniatures (with over fifty in the base set).

    Zombicide: Toxic City Mall

    This expansion will introduce mall tiles combining building and street zones for a different perspective on lines of sight. There will be also four new survivors (including their Zombivor versions) with new skills, and the six Zombivor versions of the 2012 core game heroes. The Toxic City Mall will also include new equipment cards (such as assault rifles, laser pointers or flamethrower) and new game modes: Toxic City Mall will introduce barricade rules, giant-sized rubble tokens to change your boards and Zombivor rules. Players will be able to lead these undead heroes against the zombie hordes, with totally new mechanics. Then there’s the Ultrared Mode, allowing players to gain new Skills after reaching the Red Danger Level, and super Ultrared weapons usable only by Red Level survivors.

Zombicide Season 2: Prison Outbreak takes the players to an indoor environment with vicious close-ranged fights, Prison Outbreak contains all the needed material for a new player to enter the Zombicide universe, and lots of content, almost all new, for an existing Zombicide player to expand his game experience. In fact, Prison Outbreak holds even more material than the core game published in 2012 (now nicknamed Season 1)! The Prison Outbreak will feature berserker zombies. They’re really tied to each other. Prison tiles display tortuous alleys, small rooms and doors everywhere, filled with berserker zombies immune to ranged weapons. Gekido is a dice game in which each player controls a dragon, trying to beat other players by knocking their life dices from 6 points to zero.     Myth

    Myth is a fully co-operative fantasy game. Players take on the role of one of 5 different heroes working together to defeat the Darkness. Each hero has a different skill set which represented by a unique deck of cards. Players spend Action Points by using cards. Once a certain amount of Action Points have been spent the Darkness fights back by activating monster lairs, spawning monster captains and eventually the Boss. A complete game in Myth is called a Story. Each Story is played over three Acts. Acts can be played sequentially, or can be split up over three different game sessions. Players' avatars within a Story are called Heroes. Myth Heroes are clothed in immense power, able to reave all but the mightiest foes. However, this power must be balanced lest the Darkness take too much notice. Players must weigh their actions against the Threat each will bring, with the consequences of awakening more evil and bringing doom on the party's endeavors. And be careful they must, as the Darkness is formidable and eager to snatch glory from the valiant. Heroes are controlled through an intuitive Hero Deck (videos for each Hero can be found in the Game Play Videos section below). Each deck plays uniquely and allows players more freedom of action and the ability to truly impact the Story each and every Act. Yet, cooperation is the key to victory and bloody fortune. Players must communicate, interact, and assist each other or surely the Darkness will cover all. Myth is a fully cooperative game. There is no player controlling the Darkness. The Darkness is governed by a set of rules unique to each Boss Deck and is activated through Hero actions. If the Heroes get overzealous, then the Darkness pushes back by activating Lairs, spawning Captains, and punishing the Heroes with devious Events. If the Heroes take a more subtle approach, then the Darkness reacts by reducing the potential for treasure and rewards. Without the treasures and equipment to upgrade, the Heroes will find each Act more difficult and eventually fail. The dynamic nature of the Darkness really lends a more fluid feel to the Story. Players aren't being driven by properties out of their control, nor are they being shepherded by a person whose skill has a direct impact on the enjoyment of the game. Myth is a fun fantasy romp where players feel truly heroic. In the playing of the game, the players are creating their own mythos. These stories are the ones carried away from the table, becoming myths themselves. And these are the myths, with friends and family, that we carry with us; telling and retelling our endeavors at the mead benches, earning treasured smiles and laughter.

    Galaxy Defenders

    Galaxy Defenders is a cooperative tactical board game in which up to 5 players fight together against an incoming alien menace. In Galaxy Defenders, each player takes control of one agent with unique powers trying to defend the planet from an alien invasion. The game is inspired to the Sci-Fi cult movies of the 80s and 90s and features high-detailed 40 mm scale miniatures and an innovative A.I. system to control the alien invaders. The battle for Earth against the aliens develops in a series of missions organized in a story-driven campaign. It remains balanced independently of the number of players. Galaxy Defenders is a game developed by Gremlin Project studio and published and distributed by Ares Games.

    Vandaag mijn eigen Paint Station in elkaar mogen zetten dankzij @Deluxe Roelbook! We gaan weer beginnen met het schilderen van miniaturen. Het Paint Station met de dag licht lamp die ik van @Lindoras heb gekregen is een perfect combo. Vandaag ben ik begonnen met de miniaturen van Sub Terra. Deze zijn erg klein maar kennen niet te veel details dus mooie start om het weer op te pakken. Vanmidag 6 miniaturen geschilderd en ze zien er prima uit (mening): Mogelijk morgen weer verder om het spel eventueel af te schilderen. Daarna ga ik beginnen met AvP... want die miniaturen verdienen een mooie likje verf!

Racing to the rescue from a secret island base beneath the luxurious home of the Tracy family somewhere in the South Pacific Ocean, International Rescue defies government spies and criminals who want the secrets of their incredible machines for their own. To combat this threat, Lady Penelope, the Thunderbirds’ aristocratic English secret agent, and her chauffeur Parker lead a network of agents to uncover those behind the disasters caused by deliberate sabotage. Finally, Lady Penelope has the iconic FAB 1, driven by Parker – a pink, amphibious car. Thunderbirds is a cult 1960s British science-fiction television series, created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. It was produced using a combination of marionette puppetry and scale-model special effects, which was dubbed “Supermarionation”. Two series, totaling thirty-two 50-minute episodes, were produced, along with two films using the same techniques. Players will work together using Thunderbirds characters and vehicles to complete rescue missions and save the day.
